courtyard. Each of the 4 bedrooms is distinct. The 1,500 square feet principal building contains the
executive master studio suite with the main chefs kitchen and large bathroom. In one corder is your
four poster copy bed and in the other your secretary desk. A living area occupies the central part of
the accommodations around five enormous nine-feet tall arched double doors which provide the most
magnificent views of over thousands of acres of forested jungle valleys and over a hundred miles of
Nicaraguan Emerald coastline. The 500 square foot covered terrace houses a matrimonial hammock
and plenty of space for dining and relaxing. The five hundred square foot “Gardenia Suite” is the
principle guest accommodations which feature a private terrace with hammock and a private back
garden complete with a huge outdoor bathtub for two! The views are stunning through 180 degrees,
stretching all the way to Costa Rica in the south to the coastline and waves crashing on the beaches
of the north. The terrace provides enough space for dancing, entertaining or dining for large parties.
The unique lagoon-style pool is situated on the lower level within a rich tropical garden. Beside the
pool is a small terrace for relaxing in the sun or reading a book under the bougainvillea covered
pergola . Also on the lower level is the spa area, a second kitchen with bar fridge and third bathroom
and the third small bedroom called the “Poolside Grotto” which has it’s own extremely private garden
with hammock. The “Bali Bedroom” is situated near the courtyard at the centre of the property on the
second level of a two-story “rancho” with palapa roof. Designed in the “Bali-Style” the outdoor
sleeping area captures the cooling nighttime breezes and provides the most incredible view from the
highest point of the entire property. The property is completely walled providing both a feel of
sanctuary and security.
Taking the winding block pathway through the jungle one climbs to the secondary residence known as
the “Villa Guayacan”. This large one-bedroom private residence feature magnificent views out over the
infinity designed pool and is set in over 2000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. The
home has a full kitchen with granite counters, a beautiful bathroom with huge outdoor shower set in a
garden and an indoor lounge area with two large sofa beds for extra sleeping arrangements. The
terrace is where the small dining table is located looking our over the pool with cascading waterfall
with hidden cave behind it and a thirty foot long swimming pool with swim up bar and barbs area.
“Casita Colibri” is situated in between the primary and secondary residences is currently is where the
on site staff live. The 300 square foot home with full kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom also
includes a 100 square foot rancho outdoor living area for lounging and dining. Another pergola
provides shaded area for relaxing with that early morning coffee looking out over the jungle, valley and
The entire property is served with a covered parking area and additional parking for 10 cars. The
citrus fruit orchards contain dozens of lime, lemon, avocado, banana, papaya, pineapple and other
fruits. The entire property is surrounded by jungle wildlife including toucans, a macaw, sloth,
monkeys, and an array of tropical and migratory birds.
