Nancy Bergman, formerly from San Francisco, CA, is the broker and owner of Casa Granada Properties. She has been living and working in Nicaragua since 2002 working in property management and real estate sales. She’s also co-owner and supervised the construction of Casa San Francisco Hotel. In her previous life she worked with the Peace Corp.
Head of Sales is Carlos Guiterrez. Carlos started his career in Managua and ventured to Granada as a sales representative of the Nica Times. He has been with Casa Granada Properties since 2005 and specializes in all Granada, Nicaragua properties including rural and beach property real estate in other areas of Nicaragua.
